Shipping Policy

1. Pre-Order & Pickup

Baked in BLR is a pre-order only, cloud kitchen — we have no physical store or walk-in counter. Every order is baked fresh on the day it's scheduled.

Pickup is free at any of our three locations across Bangalore. You must select your preferred location and time window at checkout.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Bangalore and select cities in India. Delivery availability and charges are calculated at checkout based on your pincode. Same-day delivery is available within Bangalore for orders placed before cut-off times.

3. Delivery Timelines

Bangalore deliveries are typically completed within 2–4 hours of order confirmation. Pan-India shipping via Shiprocket takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. All timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated in real time at checkout based on distance and order weight. Free delivery may be available on qualifying orders above a minimum amount. Pickup is always free of charge.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email. For Bangalore deliveries via Porter, tracking updates are sent in real time.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or the estimated delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.
