Shipping Policy

Orders can be delivered in and around Bangalore City only.

Our deliveries are dependent on Dunzo/Swiggy Genie, or can be picked up from our bakery. (REFER POINT 2 BELOW)

Orders for the next day can be placed until 7 pm the day before.

There are no fixed delivery timings. All orders go out after 5 pm on the day of delivery.

If you are ordering for someone else and you want it to be a surprise, please enter the receiver’s address and enter your number for the logistics company to coordinate.

Currently, BAKED IN BANGALORE facilitates merchandise delivery on the customer’s request within BANGALORE CITY. We do not accept or process returns. Delivery of ordered products should be expected within 1-3 days of placing the order or as mutually agreed to by the customer and representatives of BAKED IN BANGALORE. Please note the terms and conditions for processing such requests.

1. All delivery requests may only be facilitated and processed at the sole discretion of BAKED IN BANGALORE. BAKED IN BANGALORE accepts no liability whatsoever to ensure that such transport services will be available at the afore agreed date and time.

2. BAKED IN BANGALORE uses delivery services such as Dunzo/Swiggy for delivery of food and the fare for all such transportation will be borne on actuals by the customer and paid along with the order amount to Baked In Bangalore. Orders sent with dunzo are sent with an OTP. Please provide the OTP to the delivery executive only after checking the contents of your order package. We take no responsibility for wrong or missing items once the OTP has been provided.

3. The delivery companies facilitate delivery of food and at no time will BAKED IN BANGALORE be held liable or responsible for damage of food in transit and as such no refund claims will be honored. It is always our recommendation to self pick up the order.

4. Please take note that for such delivery requests as facilitated through the delivery services, BAKED IN BANGALORE will not be liable for any delays caused due to the usage of such delivery services.

5. The confirmation of facilitating such a request may be given to the customer through but not limited to a telephone call or a mobile messaging service.

6. It will be our endeavor to book a delivery partner for you as per your provided time range, however this may not always be possible. In the event of delivery partner refusal for your delivery, you will be liable to collect the order from our Sadhashivnagar premises.

7. We do not facilitate any deliveries before 1600 hours and after 2100 hours. No delivery arrangements will be made on Sundays and/or any holidays, as will be informed to the customers.

In case of self pick up, the safe passage of the product will be the sole responsibility of yourself or your designated person.

BAKED IN BANGALORE is indemnified from any damages incurred to the food products during your own transportation and handling of the product post pick up from our premises.

Our premises are not manned at all times and it will be your responsibility to ensure food pick up within the previously agreed upon time range (30-45 minutes) between 1600 hours to 1900 hours on working weekdays.
